Meet our Team

Carly Robertson-Young is the Pastoral Lead at Norwich Primary Academy. Carly completed her degree in Psychology with Sociology, giving her a wider understanding of children’s behaviour and the impact this has on their education. Coming from a background in wellbeing and inclusion, Carly joined Norwich Primary Academy in February 2021.

Carly is passionate in working with children and their families to ensure every child has equal access to a good education, to enjoy school and thrive.
