Katie O’Connell is the attendance officer at Norwich Primary Academy, She has been a member of staff since 2012. Katie strives to support and encourage parents and pupils to engage with education helping them to overcome any barriers.

Katie believes that great attendance is critical in enabling students to reach their true potential giving them all the necessary tools to help them to succeed and flourish in life.
